Disney mobile checkout for shopping in store

Disney is now offering mobile checkout through their app, allowing guests to pay for merchandise without standing in line for a register.

Once we open the app, it's possible to select the "Shop in Store - Now testing" option from the menu.

Steps are really easy: Simple scan barcodes of items, check out and pay in-app when finished shopping, show exit QR code on app to the "cast member" and grab a bag.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, I've seen many brands trying to reduce customer pain points by implementing easier ways to buy and pay for your stuff via mobile apps or even via QR code.
